How much does it cost to renovate a kitchen in Dubai?

For a large villa kitchen in Dubai built in 2009, a full renovation with new cabinets, worktops, and appliances is a significant project. Here's a realistic budget breakdown: Entry level (flat-pack cabinets, laminate worktops, mid-range appliances): AED 40,000–70,000. Mid-range (semi-custom cabinets, quartz worktops, good European appliances): AED 80,000–150,000. High-end (custom cabinetry, stone worktops, premium appliances): AED 150,000–300,000+. The biggest variables are cabinetry (factory-made vs custom-built in Dubai) and appliances (mid-range brands vs Miele/Gaggenau/Sub-Zero). Always get itemised quotes so you can compare like-for-like. Most Dubai kitchen renovations take 6–10 weeks from cabinet order to completion — cabinets often have a 3–4 week lead time. Plan to be without your kitchen for 2–3 weeks during installation.
